The Pneumatic High Flow Valve Test Stand (PHFVTS) is introduced from TESTEK to test a variety of pneumatic valves or components installed on all modern aircraft in exact accordance with their respective CMMs of OEMs, such as LIEBHERR ，HONEYWELL，NORD-MICRO, etc. This test stand is configured to control air flows as high as 500 PPM, pressures up to 450 PSIG for leakage flow, and temperatures up to 800°F at the UUT with a maximum valve inlet line temperature of 1000°F. It can test different valves in pneumatic systems, such as air conditioning, ice and rain protection, pneumatic, APU and starting on both wide-bodied and narrow-bodied aircrafts like Boeing, Airbus, CRJ, EMB as well as new ARJ, C919, etc.
